Terms & Condtion for PO BKK 12 - 17 Feb '13

OPEN PO BKK 12 – 17 FEBRUARY 2013

(RESELLER & RETAILER)

•    Starting Upload           : 12 Feb ’13 (midnight) 
• Closed PO                   : 17 Feb ’13 (08.00)
• Listing                           : 20 Feb ‘13
• READY                         : 21 – 22 Feb ‘13

• Reseller must pay the down-payment (DP) for minimum IDR 300.000,00

• Retailer must pay 50% of the total price as the down-payment.

•  The payment can be transferred to BCA and Mandiri account (the account number will be informed after you place an order).

•  After you confirmed your payment, the order can be entered to our system.

•  FIXED ORDER, NO CANCELLATION.

• After you confirm your order, you CANNOT CHANGE the colour, model or even the size so please recheck your order again.

• The format for order :

1.      Name of product / Colour / Size

2.      Name of product / Colour / Size

         For the order which have the same model for more than 1 piece, just write it down one by one. The number of your order is continuing until the PO is closed.

          Example :

1.      Colourful Belted Skirt / Pattern 3

2.      Colourful Belted Skirt / Pattern 3

3.      Colourful Belted Skirt / Pattern 2

4.      Highwaist Trousers / Blue / Size M

5.      ....

6.      ....

•  If you already had an order, please place the order to us as soon as possible by writing the format for order as the above example. Do not wait until your order items are many because the priority will be given to the one who place an order first and already transferred the down-payment.

• The product’s availability is not 100% available because the products in Bangkok are very limited. Order will be entered by the sequence of incoming SMS or email. The certainty of the products you will get or not, will be informed at the time of listing.

• ATTENTION : Because the order is made by the sequence of incoming SMS or email, so if the product is SOLD OUT, we ask for your understanding and do not get upset or angry because we also rely on the stock of our supplier in Bangkok. The down-payment will be refunded 100% to you.
